     VisionFile™ allows you to quickly and easily enter all of you documents in your computer, archive, copy, print with a single movement of your hand. VisionFile™ performs basic image enhancement operations such as rotating, adjusting the brightness and contrast, cleaning, etc. It also offers annotation tools sticky notes, highlighting, stamps, etc. Annotations do not alter the original document and can optionally be hidden.

     VisionFile™ allows you to organize your documents in folders, with properties and structure custom tailored to your very specific requirements. Using the powerful searching capabilities, you can quickly find and manage paper as well as electronic documents, created with various applications such as Word, Excel etc. VisionFile™ provides flexible search options property based search for queries of highly structured document repositories and full text search for less structured information.

     VisionFile™ has an embedded and very easy to use, yet powerful optical character recognition (OCR) functionality. You can index for full text for searching scanned documents as well as electronic ones Word, Excel, etc.
