Flotiva is an effective system for business processes automation. The main purpose of
Flotiva is creating electronic models of the work processes thus automating the formation, activation and control over the performance of production tasks at a company, organization or enterprise.
Flotiva allows you to define routes of your document flow by departments and particular performers delivering the necessary materials to the participants in a process, according to the business rules and users access rights. It provides complete real time task control, as well as reporting and analysis capabilities.
The workflow management module of Flotiva is based on a document flow architecture through message exchange, leading to the following advantages:
-
Integrated environment for business tasks and related
documents. Flotiva is becoming an universal means for document management and
exchange and also for carrying out work processes. It is used to process all
documents from the archive, work processes, faxes and e-mail.
-
Big capacity for growth. The workflow management module of
Flotiva is based on a scalable client-server architecture enabling the support of a large number of users.
The route of a work process specifies which employees, in what order, in what time limits and with what materials they should perform a task. Very important in this respect is the ability of
Flotiva to monitor the task deadlines and employees workload, routing and re-directing the tasks to the employees least loaded with tasks in the respective department.
Flotiva workflow Builder is used to define the route for performing a task. With the help of graphical components it enables you to easily and quickly draw diagrams of random complexity and functionality. Combining predefined routes with flexible reassigning of the task recipients will ensure you a flexible routing of the process. All information related to routes, tasks, access rights and other parameters are stored in a database.
Task observers have full information about the progress of a process and can track the status of a task by stages and time limits for which it has been completed. The reporting utility enables the analysis of users' activity in the work processes and the control over the decisions they have taken during task performance.
Each user's access privileges are assigned in the
Flotiva Administrator utility. In this module users can be joined into groups with common access rights. Rights include the ability to view the task performance status as well as the ability to change the process properties suspend, stop, terminate, etc. Groups can also be assigned as performers of a task at a particular stage. The task will be directed to the employee with the least work-load.
