How to take the error message snapshot
1.
Capture screenshot of the error pressing Ctrl + PrtScr
2. Open Paint
3. Press Ctrl-V to paste the captured screen
4. Select Save As … from file menu
5. Select the location where to save the file (e.g. C:\)
6. Select file type GIF (*.GIF) from Save as type
7. Name the file like "error.gif" and press Save
